The sensitivity of the mutant cells relative to wild-type cells was determined as described in the Materials and Methods. Negative and positive scores indicate the sensitivity and resistance of the given cell lines, respectively. Relative sensitivity was computed as follows: Log₂ [(LD₁₀ in mutant cells) / (LD₁₀ in wild-type cells)].
